This week, I talk with Passion’s frontman Daniel Rossall who also goes by the stage name Lion Ravarez’. We talk about the band’s self-titled debut album for Frontiers records along with several stories including his co-writing four songs on the recent Revolution Saints album “Rise”.
Passion is a kick ass new band from the UK that released a debut album for Frontiers records in late January 2020. The record has been a constant this year for me so far. Big Riffs / Big Vocals / Big Songs. Daniel played most of the instruments, sang, and produced the album and wears his influences on his sleeves. If you are a fan of Kiss, AC/DC, Kix, and Dokken, then this album is something you will become addicted to, playing it at crazy volumes.
Even though Daniel was pretty much a one man show for this album, Passion is very much a band and not a project. The band currently consist of:
Lion Ravarez – Vocals
Chance Vanderlain – Guitar
Weston James – Bass
Bobby Laker – Drums
