Station is Rock n Roll with Intention – EP134

Station is a rock n roll band on the rise. They take their craft seriously and they approach building the band’s brand with intention. This week, I speak with guitarist Chris Lane and singer Patrick Kearney about recording, marketing, and touring in today’s musical climate. Station recently released their new album, Stained Glass, and the record delivers the same dose of guitar driven melodic rock with huge choruses that their previous albums consistently delivered. This is a fun and candid conversation with some great music cranked up along the way.

Station Bio

New York City’s STATION is keeping rock and roll alive. A high voltage stage show with electrifying melodies makes STATION an unforgettable experience. Sharing the stage with numerous rock greats (Vince Neil, Bret Michaels, Pat Benatar, .38 Special, Survivor, Dio Disciples and many more), STATION has been making noise in the rock circuit since 2011. The New York quartet released their third album, Stained Glass in November of last year. The record features material that was written throughout the group’s career, with each song representing a different period and a different set of emotions. The new songs bring back a time when rock’n’roll was about big hooks, loud guitars, and sure, great hair, but the ballads are pretty dynamic, too.
